When you send an enquiry through our contact form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you choose to share with us: your name and contact details, and information about your event such as the date, venue, timings, and the number and ages of children needing care. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your childcare proposal and deliver our services.
How we use and share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for. We only share it where necessary to deliver the childcare services you have booked — for example, coordinating arrangements with your venue — or where the law requires it. Information about children, such as ages, allergies or additional needs, is used only to plan and provide safe, appropriate care at your event.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, deliver your booking and meet our legal and insurance obligations, after which it is deleted.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function properly. We do not use advertising cookies.
